For an application along the lash line: apply the Caviar eye pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, applying the tip flat, the long side against the eyelid. This will allow you to better see where you are drawing your line. Make small movements for a precise application close to the lashes. Tightline: gently press on the eyelid and lift it slightly outwards to better see the base of the lash line. Apply the Caviar eye pencil between the lashes, with small strokes your lashes will appear thicker and fuller. On the waterline: apply directly on the lower and/or upper waterline. Pro tip / Professional technique: - For an application along the lash line: lower the lashes with the tip of the pencil, then apply the texture at the base of the lashes, between the eyelid and the root. - Tightline: if necessary, blend the Caviar eye pencil by applying the Flat Eyeliner Brush with small strokes between the lashes. - On the waterline: for a softer look, apply only on the upper waterline. For enhanced definition, apply to both lower and upper waterlines.
